About Me

Becky
Snoqualmie, WA, United States
A transplanted Southerner living in Washington for 8 years now and making it just fine. I live alone now and am still figuring how to do this life. My family being a few blocks away is the reason for my being here and my reason for getting up every day and enjoying my life, which centers around my two precious granddaughters and more recently friends and activities I like doing. After a fall 4 years ago, I just never bounced back to become as healthy and active as before, but I'm still searching and for the most part enjoy the day-to-day things I've decided I can do. I write for myself and my girls, and it makes me so appreciative of my life as I look back in my journals. I still love the idea of sewing, quilting, knitting, crocheting, embroidery - all the crafts - but I do very little of them any more. I'd love to change that. I've learned to play mah-jong and am relearning bridge and look forward to summer visits on my front porch with my friends and family.
